تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق ولوحة تحكم "مواعيدك". باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق عليها.
These Terms govern your use of the Maweidak app and dashboard. By using the App, you agree to them.
1.طبيعة الخدمةNature of the service
"مواعيدك" منصة وسيطة تربط المرضى بالعيادات والأطباء لحجز المواعيد. نحن لسنا مقدّم رعاية صحية ولا نتحمل مسؤولية التشخيص أو العلاج أو أي قرار طبي — هذه مسؤولية العيادة والطبيب حصريًا.
Maweidak is an intermediary platform connecting patients with clinics and doctors for appointment booking. We are not a healthcare provider and bear no responsibility for diagnosis, treatment, or any medical decision — that is the clinic's and doctor's sole responsibility.
2.إنشاء الحسابAccount creation
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا فأكثر لإنشاء حساب مريض بنفسك (يمكن لولي الأمر حجز مواعيد للقُصَّر عبر الحساب العائلي)You must be 18 or older to create a patient account yourself (a guardian can book for minors via a family account)
- يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة، بما في ذلك الرقم القومي الصحيح، عند التسجيلYou must provide accurate information, including a valid National ID, upon registration
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة المرور الخاصة بكYou are responsible for keeping your password confidential
3.الحجز والإلغاءBooking & cancellation
- الحجز يُعد طلبًا يخضع لتأكيد العيادة/الطبيبA booking is a request subject to clinic/doctor confirmation
- يمكن إلغاء الموعد مجانًا حتى 24 ساعة قبل الميعاد؛ الإلغاء بعد ذلك قد لا يُسترد فيه المبلغ المدفوع مسبقًا (إن وُجد) حسب سياسة العيادةYou may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancelling after that may not be refundable (where prepaid), per the clinic's policy
- إعادة الجدولة متاحة حتى 6 ساعات قبل الموعدRescheduling is available up to 6 hours before the appointment
- التخلف عن الحضور بشكل متكرر بدون إلغاء قد يؤدي لتقييد حسابكRepeated no-shows without cancelling may result in account restrictions
4.الدفعPayment
يمكنك حاليًا الدفع نقدًا في العيادة عند الكشف. الدفع الإلكتروني عبر Paymob قيد المراجعة القانونية وسيُفعَّل لاحقًا؛ عند تفعيله ستُعرض شروط دفع منفصلة قبل أي عملية شراء.
Currently you can pay in cash at the clinic. Online payment via Paymob is pending legal review and will be enabled later; separate payment terms will be shown before any purchase once it's live.
العيادات تشترك في خطط اشتراك شهرية (Basic/Pro/Enterprise) لاستخدام لوحة التحكم — هذه اشتراكات منفصلة عن رسوم الكشف التي يدفعها المريض للعيادة مباشرة.
Clinics subscribe to monthly plans (Basic/Pro/Enterprise) to use the dashboard — these are separate from the consultation fee patients pay the clinic directly.
5.التقييمات والمراجعاتReviews & ratings
يمكنك تقييم موعد مكتمل فقط. جميع التقييمات تخضع لمراجعة إدارية قبل النشر العلني، ونحتفظ بحق إزالة أي تقييم مسيء أو مخالف.
You may only review a completed appointment. All reviews are subject to admin moderation before going public, and we reserve the right to remove any abusive or violating review.
6.الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable use
يُمنع: إنشاء حسابات وهمية، إدخال بيانات كاذبة (بما فيها الرقم القومي)، إساءة استخدام نظام الحجز أو الإلغاء، أو محاولة الوصول لبيانات مستخدمين آخرين.
Prohibited: creating fake accounts, entering false information (including National ID), abusing the booking/cancellation system, or attempting to access other users' data.
7.مكالمات الفيديوVideo calls
تتوفر استشارات فيديو لبعض المواعيد. أنت توافق على منح إذن الكاميرا والميكروفون عند استخدام هذه الميزة، وتقر بأنها لا تُغني عن الفحص الشخصي عند الحاجة الطبية له.
Video consultations are available for some appointments. You agree to grant camera/microphone permission when using this feature, and acknowledge it does not replace an in-person exam when medically necessary.
8.إخلاء المسؤوليةDisclaimer
"مواعيدك" منصة حجز فقط. أي معلومة طبية أو تشخيص أو علاج تحصل عليه هو مسؤولية الطبيب/العيادة المُرخّصَين حصريًا. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي ضرر ناتج عن الرعاية الطبية المقدَّمة من طرف ثالث.
Maweidak is a booking platform only. Any medical information, diagnosis, or treatment you receive is the sole responsibility of the licensed doctor/clinic. We are not liable for any harm arising from third-party medical care.
9.تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابAccount suspension or termination
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، مع إشعار مسبق عند الإمكان.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with prior notice where possible.
10.القانون الحاكمGoverning law
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
