توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق ووحدة تحكم "مواعيدك" (المشار إليه بـ"نحن"/"التطبيق")، وكيف نستخدمها، ومع من نشاركها، وكيف تتحكم في بياناتك.
This policy explains what data the Maweidak app and dashboard ("we", "the App") collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control your data.
1.من نحنWho we are
"مواعيدك" منصة لحجز المواعيد الطبية تربط المرضى بالعيادات والأطباء في مصر، عبر تطبيق موبايل ولوحة تحكم للعيادات وموقع تعريفي. عند استخدامك للتطبيق فأنت توافق على جمع واستخدام بياناتك كما هو موضح هنا.
Maweidak is a medical appointment booking platform connecting patients with clinics and doctors in Egypt, via a mobile app, a clinic dashboard, and this website. By using the App you agree to the collection and use of your data as described here.
2.البيانات التي نجمعهاData we collect
نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الحجز والتواصل الطبي، وليس أكثر:
We collect only what's necessary to run bookings and medical communication, nothing more:

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي (GPS)، ولا نصل إلى الصور أو الملفات على جهازك إلا عند اختيارك صورة شخصية بنفسك من معرض الصور.
We do not collect your GPS location, and we don't access photos or files on your device except when you deliberately choose a profile picture from your gallery.
3.كيف نستخدم بياناتكHow we use your data
- تشغيل حجز المواعيد وتأكيدها وإلغائهاRunning appointment booking, confirmation, and cancellation
- إرسال إشعارات (تأكيد الحجز، الإلغاء، تذكير قبل 24 ساعة وقبل ساعة)Sending notifications (booking confirmed, cancelled, 24h and 1h reminders)
- تمكين الطبيب المعالج من الاطلاع على ملفك الطبي — فقط إذا كان لديك موعد فعلي معهAllowing your treating doctor to view your medical profile — only if you have an actual appointment with them
- حساب متوسط تقييم الطبيب والعيادةComputing doctor and clinic average ratings
- الدعم الفني والرد على استفساراتكTechnical support and responding to your inquiries
- منع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدامPreventing fraud and abuse
4.مع من نشارك بياناتكWho we share your data with
- العيادة والطبيب اللي بتحجز عندهم: اسمك، رقم هاتفك، وتفاصيل الحجزThe clinic/doctor you book with: your name, phone number, and booking details
- مزودو خدمات تقنية نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل التطبيق: Supabase (قاعدة البيانات)، Railway (استضافة الخادم)، Firebase (إشعارات الدفع)، Brevo (إرسال إيميلات مثل استعادة كلمة المرور)، Agora.io (مكالمات الفيديو)Technical service providers we rely on to run the app: Supabase (database), Railway (server hosting), Firebase (push notifications), Brevo (transactional email like password resets), Agora.io (video calls)
- Paymob (بوابة دفع مصرية) عند تفعيل الدفع الإلكتروني مستقبلًا — لمعالجة المدفوعات فقط، ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك على خوادمناPaymob (Egyptian payment gateway) once online payments are enabled — for payment processing only; we never store your card details on our servers
لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض إعلانية، ولا نستخدمها في تدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة.
We never sell your data to third parties for advertising, and we never use it to train general-purpose AI models.
5.تخزين البيانات والأمانData storage & security
تُخزَّن بياناتك في قاعدة بيانات مشفّرة (Supabase/PostgreSQL)، وكلمات المرور مشفّرة بخوارزمية bcrypt ولا نراها أبدًا كنص واضح. الوصول لملفك الطبي مقيّد تقنيًا للطبيب المعالج فقط ولك أنت.
Your data is stored in an encrypted database (Supabase/PostgreSQL); passwords are hashed with bcrypt and we never see them in plain text. Access to your medical profile is technically restricted to your treating doctor and yourself.
6.حقوقكYour rights
- الوصول لبياناتك وتعديلها في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي)Access and edit your data at any time from within the app (Profile screen)
- طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك عبر التواصل معناRequest deletion of your account and data by contacting us
- إلغاء أي حجز حتى 24 ساعة قبل الموعدCancel any booking up to 24 hours before the appointment
- تغيير لغة التطبيق (عربي/إنجليزي) في أي وقتChange the app's language (Arabic/English) at any time
7.الأطفال والحسابات العائليةChildren & family accounts
التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون 18 عامًا كمستخدمين مباشرين. يمكن لولي الأمر حجز مواعيد لأبنائه عبر ميزة "الحساب العائلي" من حسابه الخاص.
The App is not directed at children under 18 as direct users. A parent/guardian can book appointments for their children via the "Family Account" feature from their own account.
8.الاحتفاظ بالبياناتData retention
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما ظل نشطًا. عند حذف الحساب، تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال فترة معقولة، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به لأغراض قانونية أو محاسبية.
We retain your account data for as long as it remains active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is deleted within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
9.تحديثات هذه السياسةChanges to this policy
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيتم إشعارك بأي تغيير جوهري عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني.
We may update this policy from time to time. You'll be notified of any material change via the app or email.
