تقدر تحذف حسابك في تطبيق مواعيدك (مريض أو عيادة/طبيب) في أي وقت. الصفحة دي بتشرح إزاي، وإيه اللي بيتحذف وإيه اللي بيفضل محفوظ وليه.

You can delete your Maweidak account (patient or clinic/doctor) at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what data is deleted versus retained, and why.

1.إزاي تحذف حسابك (من داخل التطبيق)How to delete your account (in-app)

1. افتح تطبيق مواعيدك وسجّل دخول بحسابكOpen the Maweidak app and sign in to your account
2. من الشاشة الرئيسية، افتح تبويب "حسابي" / ProfileFrom the home screen, open the Profile tab
3. انزل لقسم الحساب واضغط "حذف الحساب" (باللون الأحمر)Scroll to the account section and tap "Delete account" (shown in red)
4. أدخل كلمة المرور الحالية للتأكيد، ثم أكّد مرة تانية في رسالة التحذيرEnter your current password to confirm, then confirm again in the warning dialog
5. هيتم حذف حسابك فورًا وتسجيل خروجك تلقائيًاYour account is deleted immediately and you're automatically signed out

2.طلب الحذف من غير التطبيقRequesting deletion without the app

لو مش قادر تدخل التطبيق (نسيت الباسورد ومش قادر تسترجعه، أو مسحت التطبيق)، ابعتلنا طلب من نفس الإيميل أو رقم التليفون المسجل بيهم حسابك:

3.إيه اللي بيتحذفWhat gets deleted

• الاسم، الإيميل، رقم التليفون، الرقم القومي، الصورة الشخصية — بيتم إخفاؤهم نهائيًا من حسابكName, email, phone number, national ID, profile photo — permanently scrubbed from your account
• الملف الطبي (الأمراض المزمنة، الأدوية، العمليات السابقة) — بيتحذف نهائيًا وبالكامل، مفيش نسخة محفوظةYour medical profile (chronic conditions, medications, past surgeries) — permanently and completely deleted, no copy retained
• كلمة المرور وبيانات الدخول — بيتم إلغاؤها فورًاYour password and login credentials — invalidated immediately
• لو عندك حساب طبيب/عيادة، بيتوقف الظهور في نتائج البحث والحجز فورًاIf you have a doctor/clinic account, it stops appearing in search and booking immediately

4.إيه اللي بيفضل محفوظ، وليهWhat's retained, and why

سجلات المواعيد والمدفوعات القديمة (اللي خلصت أو اتلغت) بتفضل في نظامنا بدون أي بيانات تعرّف عليك شخصيًا — وده مطلوب قانونيًا لأغراض محاسبية وضريبية للعيادات، ومطلوب لحل أي نزاع مالي محتمل. مفيش أي بيانات شخصية أو طبية مرتبطة بيها بعد الحذف.

Historical appointment and payment records (completed or cancelled) are retained in our system with no personally identifying data attached — this is legally required for clinic accounting/tax purposes and to resolve any potential payment dispute. No personal or medical data remains linked to these records after deletion.
