1. From the home page click Register your clinic.
2. Fill in clinic details: name in Arabic and English, city, address, phone number (required), and email.
3. Fill in your admin account: name, email, password, and National ID.
4. Pick the plan that matches your doctor count.

Available plans:

• Basic — 300 EGP/mo 1 doctor
• Pro — 500 EGP/mo up to 2 doctors
• Enterprise — 1,000 EGP/mo up to 5 doctors

Before any patient can book, complete these in order:

1. Add your specialties — from the Specialties tab in the mobile app.
2. Add your doctors — from Doctor management. For each: name, specialty, National ID, mobile number, and consultation fee.
3. Set working hours — from Doctor availability, pick a doctor and define their working days, hours, and slot length.
4. Review your clinic page — from Clinic profile upload your logo and check the description and address are correct.

Every new booking arrives as a notification and lands in your bookings list as Pending.

1. Open Bookings (in the app or on the dashboard).
2. Click ✓ Confirm — the patient is notified instantly — or ✕ Reject if the slot isn't available.
3. On visit day: mark the patient as arrived, and once the consultation is done set it to Completed.

Booking for a phone-in patient: use Book appointment in the app, choose the doctor and slot, and enter the patient's details — essential for patients who don't use the app.

Waitlist: the Waitlist tab shows waiting patients. The moment someone cancels, the system notifies them automatically.

Fee types & pricing: from the Fees tab set the price of each visit type (new consultation, follow-up, etc.) per doctor.

Insurance: under Insurance list the insurers your clinic accepts — patients see these on your clinic page.

Branches: got more than one location? Add them under Branches — all managed from the same account.

Reports: Analytics shows total bookings, this month's bookings, revenue, and active doctors — plus a 7-day chart on the web dashboard.

Payouts: under Payouts track what you're owed and record your bank details.

These are off by default and enabled for your clinic on request — message us on WhatsApp to turn them on. All of them live in the web dashboard only.

• 📦 Inventory — track materials and supplies, log consumption, and get an automatic alert before anything runs out.
• 🚚 Suppliers & invoices — record your labs and vendors, and log each one's invoices with a due date and a photo of the invoice. Link invoice line items to inventory and quantities are restocked automatically when you log the invoice.
• 💰 Expenses & net profit — log expenses (rent, salaries, utilities…) and see your clinic's net profit for any period = revenue − expenses − supplier invoices.
• 🎥 Video consultations — let your patients book online video visits.

Doctor accounts are created by your clinic admin or platform staff — you don't self-register.

1. You'll receive login details (email and a temporary password) from your clinic admin.
2. Sign in from the mobile app or the web dashboard.
3. Change your password immediately via Profile → Change password.

You can work from the mobile app or the web doctor portal — same account exactly, and data syncs between them instantly. Open the web portal →

1. Open Availability.
2. For each day of the week set a start and end time.
3. Set your slot length — the system splits the day into bookable slots automatically.
4. Save — slots become bookable immediately.

Time off: clear the hours for any day you'll be away — no slots will show for booking that day.

1. Open Today's schedule — your consultations, ordered by time, with each patient's name.
2. Before the visit, open the patient's medical file to review chronic conditions, medications and allergies.
3. When you begin, tap ▶ Start appointment.
4. When you're done, tap ✓ Mark as completed.

1. Video visits appear in your schedule tagged 🎥 Video.
2. At appointment time tap Join call from inside the booking.
3. Allow camera and microphone access the first time.
4. When finished, end the call and mark the booking Completed like any other visit.

The Stats tab is your daily starting point:

• Total clinics and how many are active
• Total users and doctor count
• Total revenue + a 30-day chart
• Top clinics by revenue
• Reviews awaiting moderation

From the Clinics tab:

• New clinic — create one manually (useful for clinics you sign up offline).
• Activate / deactivate — a deactivated clinic disappears from search instantly.
• Edit details — name, city, address, and subscription.
• Features — this is the only place optional modules are enabled per clinic.

Per-clinic features:

• Inventory — supplies and materials tracking
• Video — video consultations
• Suppliers — suppliers and invoices (requires Inventory first)
• Expenses — expenses and net profit

Users: under Users search and filter by role (patient / doctor / clinic admin), and activate or suspend any account. You can also register a new doctor directly.

Plans: under Plans edit the pricing and limits of the three tiers. Changes apply to new subscriptions.

Specialties: under Specialties add or edit the medical specialties available platform-wide (Arabic and English).

Fee types: under Fee types define the standard visit types (consultation, follow-up, etc.) clinics choose from.

Review moderation: under Reviews examine each new review and approve or reject it before it goes public. This protects clinics from abusive or fake reviews.

Support tickets: under Support read user tickets, reply, and move them through statuses until closed.

Audit log: the Audit log records every sensitive action on the platform — who enabled a feature, who edited a plan, who suspended an account. Invaluable for reviews and dispute resolution.

Payouts: under Payouts review what clinics are owed, create payouts, and mark them paid.
