الويب ولا الموبايل؟Web or mobile?
نسخة المتصفح فيها نفس الشاشات ونفس البيانات بالظبط، وبقى فيها كمان مكالمات الفيديو وإشعارات شاشة القفل. الفرق الوحيد اللي فضل: على آيفون محتاج خطوة إضافية عشان توصلك الإشعارات — التفاصيل تحت.
The browser version has exactly the same screens and the same data — video calls and lock-screen notifications both included now. The one thing left: iPhone needs one extra step for notifications to arrive — details below.

🔔 الإشعارات بقت توصلك على شاشة القفل من الويب كمان. على أندرويد شغالة من أول ما توافق على إذن الإشعارات في المتصفح. على آيفون فيه خطوة واحدة زيادة: لازم تضيف الصفحة لشاشتك الرئيسية الأول (شير ← إضافة إلى الشاشة الرئيسية) — ده شرط من آبل نفسها على أي موقع في سفاري، مش تقصير من عندنا. وعلى الحالتين، كل إشعار بيتسجّل كمان في مركز الإشعارات جوه حسابك لو فاتك واحد.
🔔 Notifications now reach your lock screen from the web too. On Android they work as soon as you accept the browser's notification permission. On iPhone there's one extra step: add the page to your Home Screen first (Share → Add to Home Screen) — that's an Apple requirement for any website on Safari, not a gap on our side. Either way, every notification is also recorded in your account's notification centre in case you miss one.

🎥 Video consultations work on the web too. Book it and join the call itself from the same browser tab — no download needed. Just allow camera and microphone access the first time.
🔐 الدخول بالبصمة / Face ID: ده هاردوير موجود بس في الموبايل، فمش متاح على الويب. بدلاً منه، متصفحك (Chrome/Safari) بيحفظلك كلمة السر ويملّها تلقائي في كل مرة، وبيزامنها عبر أجهزتك لو مسجّل دخول بنفس حساب المتصفح — راحة قريبة من البصمة من غير هاردوير.
🔐 Biometric login / Face ID is phone hardware, so it isn't available on the web. Instead, your browser (Chrome/Safari) saves your password, autofills it every time, and syncs it across your devices when you're signed in to the same browser account — a similar convenience without the hardware.

يعني مفيش تطبيق؟So there's no app?
فيه، وشغّال. بس التطبيق لسه في مرحلة الاختبار الرسمية عند جوجل وأبل، ودي بتاخد وقت مالوش علاقة بجاهزية النظام. عشان كده مواعيدك بيشتغل بالكامل من المتصفح بنفس الحساب ونفس الشاشات. أول ما التطبيق ينزل المتجر، سجّل دخول بنفس الإيميل وهتلاقي كل حاجة مكانها — مش هتبدأ من الأول.
There is, and it works. It's still going through Google's and Apple's official review, which takes time unrelated to how ready the product is. So Maweidak runs fully in the browser with the same account and the same screens. When the app lands in the stores, sign in with the same email and everything is where you left it — you don't start over.
لو بدأت على الويب، بياناتي هتنتقل للتطبيق؟If I start on the web, does my data move to the app?
أيوه — مفيش نقل أصلاً. الويب والتطبيق بيقروا من نفس الحساب ونفس قاعدة البيانات، فأي حجز أو ملف طبي عملته من المتصفح هتلاقيه في التطبيق فوراً والعكس.
Yes — there's nothing to move. The web and the app read the same account and the same database, so any booking or medical record you create in the browser appears in the app instantly, and the other way round.

الاتنين، كل واحد في مكانه. استخدم لوحة التحكم على الويب للشغل المكتبي — التقارير، المخزون، الموردين، المصروفات وصافي الربح. واستخدم الموبايل وانت واقف في العيادة — تأكيد الحجوزات، جدول اليوم، وتسجيل حضور المرضى.
Both, each for what it's good at. Use the web dashboard for desk work — reports, inventory, suppliers, expenses and net profit. Use the mobile app while you're on the clinic floor — confirming bookings, checking today's schedule, and marking patients as arrived.

عشان الملف الطبي يبقى مربوط بيك انت شخصياً، ومحدش يقدر يحجز باسمك بالغلط. الملف مايفتحوش غير الطبيب اللي عنده حجز مؤكد معاك — لا العيادات التانية ولا حتى إدارة العيادة بتشوفه.
So your medical file is tied to you personally and nobody can accidentally book under your name. Only a doctor with a confirmed booking with you can open that file — not other clinics, and not even clinic management.
